School admissions are administered by Lincolnshire County Council. You can find out more about the appeals process on their website.

Admissions Appeals

Appealing a school place decision should only be done if you have already applied:

  • for a school place for the September intake and have been refused a place at a school.
  • to move schools for an in-year place and have been refused a place at a school.

To appeal Walton Academy’s decision to refuse a place, please complete the appeal form and return it to us together with any supporting evidence you wish the panel to consider.
