On Thursday 24th March 2022 some of our year 10 and year 13 students attended the Maths Inspiration at Nottingham Playhouse. Maths Inspiration is a national programme of interactive maths lecture shows for teenagers. It gives students a chance to experience the UK’s most inspiring maths speakers presenting mathematics live in the context of exciting, real-world applications.
Mr Burgess, Teacher of Maths said “well done to the amazing Y10-13 pupils that represented our school incredibly well last Thursday on the Maths Inspiration trip. The event was absolutely amazing and certainly made us all think even more how maths can be used in the real world and just for fun”.
Mr Burgess and Mr Dean were very proud of the students involved for how engaged and motivated they were during the visit. The whole trip was a great success.
