On Friday 18 March 2022 Red Nose Day was back and our year 10 students worked hard to host a range of  fun filled activities for the academy to help raise funds for Comic Relief.

It was very busy at break and lunch time as students enjoyed taking part in a bake and cake sale, teddy raffle and guess the number of sweets in the jar. One of year 10 students made a spectacular cake for the staff cake raffle which was won by one of our Humanities Teachers.

This year, we set ourselves a target of £500 to be spilt between Comic Relief and the Ukraine appeal. However the academy raised an magnificent £885.48 for this very worthwhile cause.

We would like to thank everyone for their support and hoped everyone had fun raising money for Red Nose Day.
