Year 9 had a fantastic ‘Stay Safer’ day yesterday, engaging with resources provided by the Lincolnshire County Council Safer Together team.

Year 9 were absolutely brilliant, taking part in class discussions and engaging with the content with maturity throughout. We are very proud of them and how well they have received all of the sessions!

We know they have given our students some excellent advice on how to keep themselves safe. Students said they had found the day really informative and had learnt about the dangers and impact of illegal drugs, how to keep themselves safe online and the importance of good passenger awareness when driving.

Thank you to the fantastic PSHRE team at Walton for delivering these sessions and to the Safer Together partnership for excellent resources.
