Dandy Dan’s hoodlums have plunged the city into chaos with their latest weapon – splurge guns! Seeking control, Fat Sam, the owner of the Grand Slam Speakeasy, enlists the help of Bugsy Malone, a smooth-talking city slicker far more interested in Blousey Brown, a talented would-be singer. However, as Bugsy gets involved, things take an unexpected turn, leaving the city messier than ever!
